We try to be as accurate as possible in describing our products and information provided. However, the products might vary slightly from the pictures due to colour editing and screen resolution.

Minor variations in measurements (within 2cm), different colour compared to pictures are not considered a defect. We ensure all products are carefully wrapped prior to sending them out.

Minor imperfection on wooden products (small black dots, small stain/dent) which are not obvious and doesn't affect the whole appearance or usage of the product will not be considered a defect. Those are usually the natural grain texture which is common among wooden products.

 If you believe you have received a defective product, kindly contact us within 3 days upon receiving with photograph/video of the defect.
