Shipping Rates

Orders from West Malaysia, rate applies by weight starting from RM10
Orders from East Malaysia, shipping rates will apply accordingly to the size & weight


Shipping Policy

Shipping day is from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. All orders will typically be shipped within 3-5 days upon purchase (unless otherwise stated on product page) 

When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. 

Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons i.e. Christmas or major restocks.

Kindly note that with the pandemic, transit times can be stretched and unanticipated delays can be expected. These are beyond our control. We will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3 to 10 working days 

Buyers are to ensure details given is accurate. Shall there be bounced parcels, buyers are to bear the extra shipping fees. Unclaimed bounced parcel after 30 days will be deemed as Kiddies Hub’s property and no compensation will be done.


Returns & Exchange

Prior to opening your item(s), if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you the full refund of the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date.

If the original packaging of the item(s) has been ripped, damaged, removed, or repacked and/or the item(s) has been assembled, we will be unable to offer a full refund.  

To return an item(s) for exchange or refund, you will need to bear the shipping cost of the item and we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s). It would be best to ensure the item(s) is appropriately packed and shipped with a tracking number.

In any case of defect* item(s), the same product will be sent. In the event of product is out of stock, a replacement product of the same price will be provided, based on the price of the original product when it was sold. 

Defect item(s) shall be returned to Kiddies Hub in order for an exchange. An airway bill will be provided to be attached to the return parcel. Buyer is to ensure that the parcel is appropriately packed to avoid further damage to the product.

Please be informed that all clearance and sale items are not eligible for any exchange, returns or refunds.

If you believe you have received a defective product, kindly contact us within 3 days upon receiving with photograph/video of the defect.
